Ordering is a breeze...

*During the studio appointment I will go through all the styles available and you can browse through the extensive fabric choices. I will then measure your dog with you playing a key role in keeping them calm and happy. A few treats and a cuddle usually does the trick. As an added bonus, Scruffy will be happy to have a cuddle too and show you all her beds and bits.

**During the video call I will demonstrate how to measure and then guide you through measuring your own dog. I suggest having a look through the fabric options before hand to narrow down the choices. Having said that, I will have the swatches close by so if you are undecided we can always take another look together. That’s all part of the process and quite fun too.

I usually suggest booking an appointment when you are mid way between grooms as the extra-long/short fur can make a surprisingly big difference. I realize this isn’t always possible, just let me know. I do have a strict policy of one dog in the studio at a time. This is so you can reassure them whilst I measure, also allowing me to measure more accurately. If for any reason I am unable to take accurate measurements, then we may have to reschedule a visit for another day when they are calmer.

If you order more than one coat, I will make the first one, then book in another visit so we can check the fit before proceeding with the second. Your dogs’ Unique Pattern would then be kept on file so reordering in the future is easy. No need to re-measure your dog, unless they have grown of course. Simply fill out the Enquiry form with details of what you would like. Simple!
